Exploring associations between cardiac and cerebral health

This free public event is open to all. It will be held both online and in person at AVC-Aphasie Laval (3350, boulevard Dagenais Ouest in Laval).

Dr. Catherine Talbot-Hamon will explore the many connections between the human heart and brain. She will discuss examples of diseases affecting both organs and will review recommendations for optimal heart and brain health.

Catherine Talbot-Hamon, MD, MSc, FRCPC

Catherine Talbot-Hamon, MD, MSc, FRCPC is Assistant Professor in Geriatric Medicine at the Glen Site of the McGill University Health Centre. Her interests are preoperative assessment and care optimization of older patients undergoing cardiac and other surgical procedures.
